Bottle from Landbierparadies webshop, Nürnberg, comsumed at home Sunday 15th January 2023 listening to Tom Robinson on 6Music. We've been cooking all day, Carrot and Lentil Soup, Smoky Fish and Bacon Pies, Hungarian Sausage, Roasted Red Pepper and Gouda Quiche now making up another soup. Pours gold in colour with a busy white head. Suggestion of sweetness to come as aroma is cereal, grainy, honey and light caramel. Sweetness in the mouth but there is a good balance, honey and maltiness dominate with a grainyness but this full malty body is balanced by a little fruitiness and a subtle bitter bite that actually lasts and builds ever so slightly. Nice beer, very nice.

Bottle from Landbierparadies. Clear golden colour, white foam. Nose of sweet malts, banana. Taste is fruity, sweet, banana, light bready. Very well balanced. Great Heller Bock!

Stettfelder heller Bock, Flasche von Keil, BT. - Helles Goldbraun, klar. - In der Nase fettes getreidig-helles Malz von fast sirupartiger Süße, intensive herbale Herbe, Anklänge an Quitte. - Antrunk sämig hellmalzig mit satter Kandissüße, Honig und Quitte, kompensiert durch frische, ein klein wenig rauhe hopfenwürzig-herbale Herbe. Spritzig rezent, breit, nicht restlos kaschierter Alkohol. Im Abgang runde Hopfenherbe mit Orangeat und Likör. - Fett hellmalziger, kernig gehopfter fränkischer Bock, etwas stärker karbonisiert als üblich. Sauber! (26.12.2019.)

Bottled at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm. Clear deep golden, rich firm head. Intense spicy floral hop aroma with estery alcohol behind. Mid sweet with full body and soft, gentle mouthfeel. Floral strawberry, deep bready malt. Warming estery finish. Exceptionally cottony and seemless. Superb heller bock.

500ml Bottle - Golden with a foamy head. Grass, hay and citrus in the aroma. Grass, sherbet, lemon peel and hay can all be detected in the slightly bready taste. Nothing outstanding but fairly tasty.

Hui, das ist ein feiner, süß und sehr süffiger Bock. In der Nase Getreide, im Trunk Honig, Kekse, Karamell, geiles Teil.

Only a slight malty apricot aroma. Very fruity flavor (pineapple, apricot), with a hint of bitterness in the finish. Bottle, bought at the Lamm Brewery in Untertheres, tasted 23.06.04. Unconvincing, but at least is alcohol is well masked. Bottle, tasted 29.11.11. Blonde. Maltaroma with soft floral notes. Malty sweet, bready flavor with pear drups and hints of alcohol. Some floral hops. Firm bock.

Clear yellow color and small white head. Aroma of malts, alcohol and a bit of fruits. Tastes malty and alcohol flavours, low sweetness.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, würzig, grasig, leicht alkoholisch. Geschmack sehr malzig, würzig, leicht süß alkoholisch.
