[as Old Wild West Western Ipa] Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul tetto della bocca si fermano indizi di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina e agrumi.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Bottled 330ml. -at Old Wild West Torino as Western IPA. Darker golden coloured, medium sized white head, light caramel in the nose. Sweet malty, light caramel, fruity and light herbal hops with sweetish finish. Drinkable.

Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of herbs, yeast, wood, dark fruit and a bit of sweat. Pours cloudy dark golden color with thin soapy off- white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts with medium sweet caramel, yeast and grass with strong medicinal note, follows by mushrooms, while finish is medium bitter. Medium body, oily texture and lively carbonation in palate. Far from a good IPA...
