$4.10 bottle from Wine Warehouse. Pours clear brown with a small off-white head. Smells exactly like a cinnamon roll... it's unmistakable. Cinnamon, sweet cake, brown sugar, vanilla. I can't imagine a beer smelling any more like what the flavor is supposed to be than this. Flavor, again, tastes like a liquid cinnamon roll. This is insane. Cinnamon, vanilla frosting, caramel, nuts, sweet roll. Damn. Nice work.

22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 10/10/2017. Pours slightly hazy deep ruby red/brownish color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy light khaki head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of huge cinnamon, nutmeg, caramel, brown sugar, vanilla icing, brown bread crust, biscuit dough, and herbal spice earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of cinnamon, vanilla, and dark/bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge cinnamon, nutmeg, caramel, brown sugar, vanilla icing, brown bread crust, biscuit dough, and herbal spice earthiness. Light herbal bitterness and cinnamon spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, caramel, brown sugar, vanilla icing, brown bread crust, biscuit dough, and herbal spice earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of cinnamon, vanilla, and dark/bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness balance, and zero cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from bitter/spiciness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, and fairly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is well hidden; a mildly increasing warmth of 8.6%, along with some cinnamon spice heat. Overall this is an awesome spiced strong ale. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of cinnamon, vanilla, and dark/bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mildly bitter/spicy/drying finish. Tastes exactly like a cinnamon roll in every way. Perfectly balanced spice and sweet doughy malts. Never overly sweet or heavy, but definitely dessert-like. A really enjoyable offering.
