Bubbly gold with a foamy white head. Banana aroma with yeasty white bread and a hint of lemon. Taste is mildly sweet with a touch of lemony tartness at the end but also a hint of sulfur. Body stays fairly light, texture mildly watery. Decent if unspectacular with a few flaws that can be overlooked if you’re in the mind to do so.

Mandarin, with a touch of banana in the aroma. Ditto flavor, with just a touch of herbalness. Thinnish, but thirst quenching.

Fläschla: Golden, hazy, big rocky and loose white head, that slowly collapses, mild to moderate nose of bananas, lemons and wheat with a yeasty touch; sourish-sweetish flavour, light bodied, pretty soft; slightly lingering sourish - sweetish finish with bananas and yeast. Not bad...

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines and drunk at home. Hazy cloudy paleish gold lasting ivory thick head. Some esters on aroma. Some banana, some lemon. A little bit of spice. Some hop on the finish. It’s a lightish banana lemon hefe. Decent.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; hazy golden amber pour with a massive frothy white head, banana and clove aroma, taste has the usual hefe suspects, quite creamy mouthfeel, with a hint of sweetness.

Bottle at Bierhof Athens, June 2014. Hazy golden with a white head. Quite sweet with banana, yeast, light spices and wheat. An ok one.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, malzig fruchtig. Geschmack hefig, fruchtig, leicht bananig, etwas würzig.

Catch up rating from notes, 2012: Bottle likely from Wasana's. Nice pour into a weizen glass, yields a cloudy, pale gold with a nice robust creamy head. The swirl adds some sediment into the beer, increasing the cloudiness. Big, rich weizen aroma, bubblegum, cloves and bananas. Taste brings a lot of bread flavors, wheat, graininess, slightly sweet, with a bit of fruitiness as well. Thick and rich, creamy feel. Much better than anticipated.
