0,5 l bottle. Fat golden in the glass with a more than one finger white head. Grainy metallic on the nose. Taste starts grainy, some malt and increasing bitterhop. Nice Bavarian standard stuff.

Bottle. Aroma has lemon, a hint of soap and is just a bit yeasty. Hoppy flavor, but this beer also has a vinous character. Malty but absolutely dry. Touch of vanilla. Just below medium bodied. Hopbitter vanilla-like aftertaste. Outstanding!

500ml Bottle - Golden with a white head. Bread, grain and hints of corn in the aroma. Crisp, moderately bitter taste with white bread, citrus and grass.

Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso orzo e speziato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza ed è di persistenza lunga. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione rientra nella norma. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è poco incisivo. La forza gustativa è normale e la durata è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul palato arrivano indizi di miele e cereali.

Es mag am Namen leigen, aber dieses Bier ruft Erinnerungen an brotige Aromen hervor. Dunkles Schwarzbrot mit Kümmel oben drauf. Ein volles, würziges Bier, das durch seine leichte Süffigkeit erfreut.

Bottled. Clear golden, small head. Fruity bready nose. Dryish with light body and crisp mouthfeel. Bready and lightly grassy. Mid bitter finish. Crisp and slender.

*Old rating. Best before 12.09.07. Malzig-würzig. Sehr süffig. Getreide, nicht zu tief, mild. Moderate Herbe, typisches süffiges Helles ohne zu viel Tiefe.
