Clear and golden with a frothy/bubbly white head and soft cereal and hops on the nose. Crisp and fresh with hop bitterness, a little bite and light malt underneath.

On tap at Hotel Burg Stahleck Café in Bacharach, Germany. Clear medium gold pour. Large foamy white head. Mild grainy malt aroma. Notes of grass and hay. A hint of hop bitterness in middle. Crisp dry finish. Tasted great in the hot sun under the umbrella of the Café. Rated on 8/12/19.

Hoppy, hay-like flavor with hints of lemon and salt. Malty. Medium bodied. Light hay aroma. Almost Franconian in character.

0,5 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Clear golden in the glass with a nearly three finger white head. Musty grassy smell. Taste is more grainy with caramell, some malt in the second row. Mid bitter hop in the middle part. Grainy pale malt aftertaste with a pleasant bitterness. Okay.

Draught @ some pub in Cochum while on holiday. Typical pilsener: clear yellow golden color, decent sized white head, aroma and flavor have some malts and hay or straw in it with a decent enough (for a pils) bitterness. Nothing too spectacular, but in the warm sun it tasted fine.

The beer starts malty with a nice spicy bitterness. Fresh, dry and easy to drink. Not much malt, nearly no sweetness. The aftertaste is long, nice (intense) bitter for a "normal" Pils, a bit spicy and very dry. Nice!
