Dortmundzki lager. Sredni ale o przyjemnej bialej sredniej piance, niezbyt trwalej, zoltej jaskrawej barwie. Posmak lekko slodowy, lekko owocowy. W smaku chmiel srednio wyczuwalny, slodowosc nieco wieksza ale nadmiernej slodkosci tez nie ma. Poprawny dortmunder.

Bright yellow colour, disappearing head. Aroma is stinging and lager‐like with grainy malt and butter. Flavour has butter, corn and some grainy malt. Meh.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium yellow color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, dusty, light light yeasty, light vegetable and cardboard. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long long duration, cardboard, acrid bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20101015]

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Clear yellow with a dense white head. Some not too clean malts in the nose. Medium body, sweet malts but also an off-note, metal or cardboard - perhaps combined. Dryish finish. 151010

Draught. Clear golden colour. Stable rocky white head. The flavour is quite malty, even a little sweet. Has a little chalkiness, other than that just sweet malt. Gets a little sour in the finish after a while. I cannot help but wonder if it had not been better had it not been the first beer out of the tap today.

Bottle (Thanks to Garching !): Golden, small lacy white head; sweet grainy nose, solid sweetish flavour, medium bodied; grainy-strawy finish with a light bitterness in the aftertaste. Monotonous brew.......

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a short foamy white head. Light-sweet, strawy and slightly papery malty nose with very faint hoppy notes. Light-bitter flavour with a balancing malty sweetness, strawy malty taste with light notes of cardboard; medium-dry, malt-accented finish with traces of herbal hops. No highlight (24.06.08).
