Bottle to nonic glass.
Appearance: dark brown around the edges with a darker close to black in the center; one finger off white foamy head dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: big roasted coffee tones, dark chocolate, molasses, cocoa powder, light caramel/toffee malts further down under
Flavor: mixes the prior noted aromas to a fine roasty, toasty and semi-sweet quality; finishes with molasses and coffee
Texture: light to medium bodied, some sessionability; pretty smooth along the tongue
Overall: pretty nicely done porter I would welcome again and this probably would be a pretty good one to have with some dessert.

Bold roasty flavor, slightly bitter.
