Opaque black with thick tan head. Quite full bodied. Roasted malt aroma with chocolate notes. Bittersweet, too sweet chocolately flavor, cloying long roasty finish.

Black with a large foamy brown head that lingered. Bitter and toasty with red wine, floral hops and a bit of coffee. Long finish. Full bodied

16 ounce can. Opaque black color. Small creamy tan head. Roasted malt aroma hints at dark chocolate and burnt sugar. Bittersweet roasted malt flavor has strong chocolate notes. Warming alcohol in middle. Some dark dried fruit and treacle notes as well. Sticky mouthfeel. Overly sweet. A bit lacking in complexity and substance.
