Super hazy golden coloured body with a straw coloured tint, all under a very thick, six to seven centimetre tall off-white and soapy head that fades quickly, but leaves an ugly lace on the sides of the glass. Aroma of lemons, tart citrus, flowers, grass and a nice hit of candy sweetness without much malt. Light-bodied; Pungent dry and floral malt with some pungent sweetness from candy and citrusey aspects and even mangoes, guava and oranges, but a subtle bitterness from some relatively low alpha acids and a tiny bit of bread and yeast make this complex and robust, especially for the style. Aftertaste shows a lot of the citrus, but seemingly more of the malts, sweetness and tropically notes - very robust and flavourful throughout. Overall, a very nice beer for the style, and the lemony, crisp and grassy notes are especially great here - very robust and complete. This one was great to sample and if I could find more from this brewery locally, I'd grab it! I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Kroger in Columbus, Ohio on 10-August-2021 for US$1,87, canned on 17-May-2021 and sampled at my house here in Washington on 29-September-2021.
