From barrel @Buskers Pub (Rome). Pale yellow with a little white foam. Aroma is delicate bread, cereals, some hops. Flavour is medium sweet with a delicate bitterness in the end, so gentle and easy to drink. Low body, medium carbonation. What an amazing pils! Definitely underrated.

On tap at Hummel Merkendorf. Clear gold lasting white head. Aroma of noble hops. So drinkable after long cycle ride. Sat in sun Friday morning 10.30. Awesome. Clean dry some hop sting on finish. The perfect beer to knock back. Lovely.some lemon some leafy hop on finish

Flasche (50 cl) von Hopfen & Malz, Berlin-Wedding. - Goldgelb mit leichtem Grünstich, klar; rasch schwindender Schaum. - In der Nase dünner, leicht grasig-blumiger Hopfen, dazu eine eigenartige, nicht zu benennende Note, die schwach an Rosen erinnert. - Der Antrunk ist erstaunlich dünn, fast limonadeartig aber nicht süß. Schwach heuig-grasiger Hopfen in wäßriger, zart honigsüßer Malzlösung. Eher mild rezent, etwas dünnes aber doch angenehmes Mundgefühl. Im Abgang entfaltet sich dann doch noch beträchtliche, schön grasige Hopfenbittere mit blumigen Hopfennoten, dazu ein ganz zarter Stich von Lösungsmittel. - Recht eigenwilliges Gebräu, aber nicht ohne einen gewissen tölpelhaften Charme. Trinkbar.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Pils mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hopfig, grasig. Geschmack herb, grasig, minimal würzig.

Bottle looks simple but really, really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, but not washy, fine malty-spicy, not too dry. Some wheaty hints. Finish well balanced, still mild, dominated by malty notes. Quite drinkable. Nice!

En gammal recension från ölföreningens tysklandsprovning. En bra klassisk tysk pilsner. Lätt kropp, gräsig humle med liten citrustouch. Brödig maltkropp, liten jästton. Helt okej men inget som sticker ut.
