2011-02-11, draught at the brauhaus, 7-3-7-4-15=36
Blond color; generous head. Light aroma of malt and fresh bread dough, light hops too,and grass. Quite ordinary dry flavor and mouthfeel, although well balanced, with correct bitterness, and with a quite pleasant aromatic vein. Elegant.
2010-10-22, Bayerische Anstich at Ølbaren, Copenhagen, 8-5-8-5-17=43
The color of the harvest fields, gold cereals. The aroma is impressive, yet it’s mild; The carbonation is soft, with good malt flavor, elegant, some cereals; some biscuits; good bitterness level, harmonious. It makes a statement.
Almost the perfection in a barrel.

(Draught at Ölbaren, Copenhagen, 19 June 2010) Golden yellow colour with brief, white head. Malty nose with notes of bread, hay, toffee and fresh, grassy hops. Malty taste with grass, hay, bread, a sweet malty toffee character and a gentle, grassy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, balanced sweetness. Tasty and highly drinkable pilsener.
