Unsere Weißbier-Spezialität hat eine gleichmäßige Hefetrübung und einen geringen CO²-Gehalt. Diese beiden Eigenschaften machen es zu einem sehr süffigen Weißbier.

Hell, trüb orange Farbe. Floral herb, fruchtig, leichte Malznoten. Schön weich. Durchaus wohlschmeckend, insgesamt dann aber doch nur guter Durchschnitt.

Draught. Pours hazy straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of banana and malt, with estery touches. Sweetish flavour of malt and yeast, with notes of banana and touches of grain and hops. Bitter, hoppy aftertaste with estery and bananalike hints. Decent.

500ml Bottle at the brewery - Murky golden with a foamy head. Banana, lemon and cloves in the aroma. Tangy taste with lemon meringue pie, banana and some spicy notes detected.

From a bottle 2 months overdue. Pours orange, hazy, with a frothy white head. Aroma is banana, bubblegum, plastics. Taste is mildly lemon bitter with banana sweet undertones and a dollop of clove. Noticeably less sweetness than a typical Weizen—emphasis stays firmly with lemon and the finish delves into a very nice banana/lemon bittersweet blend. Started out feeling the ambivalent about this one, but a little time in the glass did wonders. Body is medium, carbonation mild. Good.

Schönes helles Weizen, ordentlich Schaum, schaut gut aus. In der Nase Nelke, setzt sich erst süß dann bitter fort. Im Abgang kommt das Malz. Sehr lecker!

Draught @Brauerei Wagner. Cloudy yellow golden colour, good creamy slightly off-white head, half-way lasting, good lacing. Aroma wheat, banana, lemon, yeast, hint of vanilla. Taste medium sweet and sour, wheaty, banana, lemony, yeasty. Lingering sweetbitter and light sour finish, spicy notes. Medium body, watery texture, average carbonation, fresh and nice.
