Bottle at Erdinger Sportscafe, Munchen Flughafen T2, 26/01/14. Clear golden with a good sized off white head. Nose is grassy, citric pa pang, straw, bread dough. Taste comprises lemon notes, cereals, pale malts, grassy. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying closure. Ok pils - nowt special.

Flasche von Hopfen & Malz, Berlin. - Sattes Goldgelb, klar. - Antrunk eher breit-malzig als hopfenbetont. Ein grasig-krautiger Hopfen hat es schwer, sich gegen das süßliche Malz behaupten. Erst im Abgang dann stärkere grasige, zitronige Herbe. Mittlerer bitterer Nachtrunk. - Gar nicht übles, wenngleich etwas simpel gestricktes süddeutsches (d.h. stärker malzbetontes) Pils.

On tap at the brewery. Clear gold. Some lemon on the aroma. It’s a decent pils. I mean beats the crap out of anything elsewhere that calls itself a pils. Classic hard German pils. Hard filtered maybe and hard in mouth. Stoney. Clean though.

Bottle @ Home. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, grain, grass. Flavour of malt, grain, grassy hops, a honey like sweetness at first, but it ends rather bitter. Medium body, lively carbonation. 120912

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and light cornish. Bitter, grassy and light cornish, light malty. Mild citrusy and grassy finish.

Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and some minerals, leading to a quite bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

clear yellow, smooh white head. malty aroma, flowery, yeasty.dough. flavor is yeast, dough, flowers, malts, german hops. a bit too much yeast and dough, makes it appear sort of cake-sweet.
