This dangerous little crusher was carefully brewed in full daylight with German Pils, Vienna, and a touch of corn, then gingerly hopped and dry-hopped with Amarillo and Hallertau Blanc. A soft, slightly toasted malt character and subtle hints of ripe orange and lemongrass give way to a crisp, dry finish. Perilously refreshing, but not for drinking under a full moon. You've been warned.

On tap at the brewery. Pours very pale yellow. Floral, lemon, green apple, hint of sulfur. Medium body. Fine.

Clear gold body medium foamy white head. Spicy citrus aroma. Spicy citrus flavor. Medium light body moderate carbonation. Rather tasty but far from kolsch. 7/3/7/3/15 3.5
