Tap at HopDog. Golden, slightly cloudy. Sour, old hay, late summer, tin can. This was part of a two-piece puzzle. Soft and crisp, cold butter.

Tap. Hazy pale yellow color with beige head. Aroma is grainy, a touch sulphur. Taste is grainy, mildly lemony hops, a touch earthy, and a touch farty. Rather high carbonation. Not bad, but nothing too special.

On tap at Hopdog München Wednesday 27th October 2021. Pours gold with a very light haze (it's unfiltered) nice bite, dry, soft moutheel, a little mineral, nice little grainy sweetness but it's really not that sweet btw, a touch of maltiness. Good.

Pours an almost perfectly transparent pale golden, with a rather dense (at least per style) fluffy white head. Good enough retention and very nice lacing. Sweet/soft aroma shows only the sligthest cereal/white bread base, with a quite strong honey note and underlying chamomille. There's a touch of green apple fruitiness/pricklyness and a slight fresh grass note. Very nice: quite potent and nicely clean. Taste notes follow the aroma closely, though maybe with a bit less definition and intensity. Overall flavor balance: medium sweetness, quite light bitterness. Definitely sweeter than style average, but not at all over the top, and cleansed by a nicely balanced, semi-dry finish that leaves a bit of grassy/herbal aftertaste. Light bodied with average carbonation, possibly a bit higher than style average, resulting in a nicely lively but still very easy/smooth mouthfeel. An excellent example of the style.

0,5 l bottle from Hol´ Ab! Hildesheim. Cloudy pale golden with a small one finger white head in the glass. Grassy smell, some malt and hop. Taste is also grassy malty with a dry hop bitterness. Above average carbonated. Some citrus with a dry malty bitterness in the aftertaste. Not bad.
