0,5 l bottle from Hol´ Ab! Hildesheim. Cloudy pale golden with a small one finger white head in the glass. Grassy smell, some malt and hop. Taste is also grassy malty with a dry hop bitterness. Above average carbonated. Some citrus with a dry malty bitterness in the aftertaste. Not bad.

Bottle @home. Dorata, limpida, schiuma bianca media, molto persistente. Al naso cereali, crosta di pane, panino al latte, fieno, erbaceo. In bocca è splendida, rustica, bilanciata, semplice ma appagante e ricchissima di sfumature, con taglio amaro finale perfetto, per nulla eccessivo. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Che bella bevuta!

Pale gold with a frothy white head. Grainy aroma. Mild lemon peel and yeasty white bread. Taste is bittersweet trending bitter at the finish, which has a modest citric feel. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Not bad.

28-05-20 // 500ml bottle from Landbierparadies online shop. Unfiltered clear yellowish. White head. Logt sweet grain nose with some zest. Grainy-yeast Kellerstyle. Softer mouthfeel with lower carbonation. A light malt sweetness, light white bread. A soft hoppy bitterness with some grass aromas. Solid.
