Sometimes, to obtain peace & spark creativity, you must first destroy the mold of normalcy.

Tap @Mikkeller, Viktoriagade. Black brown, oily, no head. Fruity cocoa aroma, vanilla. Rhick, rich mouthfeel. Heavy dark malt, chocolate cake. Cake-y mouthfeel.

Tap @ Mikkeller, Viktoriagade. Black without head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate, coffee and peach. Flavor is very sweet. Very sweet finish. Chalky. 220525

Mad sweet, wonder if it got sweeter with age, but the flavor profile is nice just wish it wasn't as sweet.

On tap at Hops Hill Atlantic Ave. Pours black. Peach, strong peach flesh, cinnamon, roast, dark chocolate, earthy, bright fresh peach, light earthy bitterness. Medium body. Very unusual. Pretty good.

Big flavor of peach and coffee cake, surprisingly sweet for an imperial stout. Really like this one.
