This is our take on a belgian dubbel. This beer contain no commercially available yeast as we created this yeast from plants and flowers around mexico cityin our lab. It has a very low final gravity, just 1.003 but remains sweet like a dubble due to the unique ester profile our yeast contributes. It contains a belgian pilsner base and belgian cany sugar which we also made in house. The saaz hops provide a balance to the perceived sweetness. Enjoy
