Several pints of this on work night out. A clear golden yellow coloured pour with adecent fading white fizz. Aroma is nice plae malts, crisp, hint of bretty funk to it, intingueing. Flavour is composed of crisp pale bready malts, twist of lemon, hay, delicate brett not. Quite chuggable really. Palate is light and crisp, highish carbonation. Not half bad.

Keg at Perseverance, Clerkenwell. Vague carpet aroma. Light bitter. Smokey. Malty. A tad citrus. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Astringent finish. Shite.

Keg draught at the Lamb,Leadenhall Market. Light yellow/gold and clear with a fluffy white head and considerable natural carbonation. Spicy, peppery aroma with a little bit of citrus zest and some grassy character. Taste is sweet, spicy and a little bit grainy. Better than your average macro lager but certainly not a world away from that benchmark. Short to medium finish with a light body and softer carbonation than it looks. Passable, which for a mass-produced lager is actually not a bad thing
