500ml bottle [courtesy of Osama - thank you very much!]. Opalescent, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, snow white head. Sweet-ish, grainy, pale malty and minimally floral and fruity aroma, hints of sweet grain, a touch of berries. Taste is sweet-ish, grainy, pale malty, minimally fruity and floral, minimally alcoholic, hints of sweet grain, a touch of berries, minimally strawy overtones; minimally warming, alcoholic finish, well hidden alcohol overall.
Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, fairly smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Relatively clean, a bit simple and monotonous - quite acceptable if you want to get drunk, not a total pleasure in itself.

Country 164, Syria 🇸🇾 big thanks to Graham B. via Dan for this sample, doesn’t taste too strong despite the ABV.

14/3/2023. Bottle shared at ITFCDan's, courtesy of Erik. Pours clear pale golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is sweet, mellow boozy, stewed fruits, slightly metallic. Quite sweet, moderate bitterness. Medium body, sticky, average carbonation. Warming alcohol finish, not at all harsh. This was better than expected.

Country #135 - Syria 🇸🇾 Actually doesn’t taste as strong as it is. Fairly sweet and just a little warming going down. Thanks for the share Graham B.
