10/6/2023. Bottle shared at SBGP3. From Beer Without Borders. Bottle 210/210. Pours clear dark gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sour peach, yeast, citrus, yoghurt, bread, woody edge. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness, moderate sourness. Light to moderate, very watery, low carbonation. Dry tart finish. Lacked any kind of depth but nice aroma and taste.
