33cl bottle. BB 11/10/14. Golden color, thin white head. Lovely nose, sweet apricots, peach, spicy notes. Flavor has hops, apricots, citrusy notes. Long sweet finish. Enjoyable. Refreshing.

Tap at the brewery in Hoeve. Clear brown orange with a thick sticky white head. Lace. Aroma is motzerella cheese and thyme. Flavour is earthy, malt and fussel alcohol. Some berry fruits in there as well. Fine med carb. Sweetish finish. Disappointing.

A bottle from Asao’s in Kyoto for just 400 yen. This was a pleasent surprise, it had a nice sweet fruity aroma. It had a very light carbonation giving a nice mouthfeel. It was surprising that it was 6.8%, drinking it I’d never have guessed that. The taste was malt with lots of fruits, some yeasty estery notes. A very nice blond beer. I guess if you are in Holland it is kind of average but in Japan this is a pretty good beer at a decent price.
