Not overly sweet, still a bit roasty and bitter at the back end.

Black with a large fluffy brown head. Icing, vanilla, toasty malt, a bit of cinnamon. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.

Can from my father: pours black with beige head. Aroma is cocoa and cinnamon. Taste is not nearly as heavy as a 10 percenter would lead you to think. Body was also not too hefty. Plenty sweet, but not cloying. Not super complex either.

16 ounce can. Barely translucent black brown color. Small creamy tan head. Sweet roasted malt flavor hints at vanilla, cinnamon and cocoa. Flavor follows nose with added notes of resiny hops and warming alcohol. Decent.
