ABV: 5.7%. Clear medium to light amber yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, caramel, sweet malt, light apple. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, maltyu, caramel - sweet malt, earthy touch. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20231029]

--Canned, from Systembolaget. -- Clear amber, mid sized head. Caramelly nose with a wealth of boiled vegetables. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Lots of caramel, some cooked vegetables, very mild floral hops. Low bitterness. More in the American school of festbiers, leaning towards superficial caramel rather than creamy malt depth. Had much higher expectations.
