Slight haze on a light pale from a pounder can, 2.5$. Fast fading head. Barely any nose but what is there is clean mild fresh lager. First taste has nice cutting carbonation. Mild flavor, not sure I would call this a hell, but it does have an unoffensive dried hay, crackers and grassy attribute of flavor in there that I appreciate. Sortah reminds more of a clean, fresh, straight up, straub lager. Clean, non bitter and refreshing, nothing rude and its very low key. None of that undesired aged sweetness nor veggie feeling I find in many other helles. One thing I appreciate is; the label says smooth and mild, and it is! I think I could easily drink a few of these cans! Should of bought a sixer.

Can, 7C. Pale gold, a cm of white head. Aroma of bread, light spices. Even this cold it's pretty sweet. Clean with sweet bready malt and gentle spiced bitterness. Dull.

0.5l can. Golden body with a white head. Aroma and taste of bready malts, sugar syrup, grains and nice floral hops. Sweet beer but the finish has a bit of bitterness to it. Very nice helles.
