Many thanks to kevnic2008 for this bottle! Best before 04.12.14. The beer starts malty-sweetish with a nice malt-profile. In the mainpart there comes a nice and well-fitting bitterness, that creates a great Keller-Bier profile. A slightly mouldy yeast fits in well. The aftertaste is malty with hints of earth and nuts and a nice moderate bitterness. Great Kellerbier!

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Slightly yeasty grainy malty and hay-like spicy aroma. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Yeasty malt-accented taste with subtle fruity accents. Dry and slightly hop- and yeast-bitter finish. Easy-going brew. 09.IX.08

Bottle (thanx to Quack-Duck !): Pale golden, hazy to cloudy, quite stable lacy, white creamy head; sweet-grainy nose with a tinge of fruitiness and some hoppy traces; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour; soft MF; shorter hoppy-malty finish. Quite inoffensive, but not unpleasant.........

bottle, bought at the brewery. Hazy strawy yellow, big white head. Hoppy aroma with a touch of barnyard. Medium-bodied, pleasantly carbonated with a malty base and pleasant hoppy hints. There is also a touch of barnyard about in the flavour, as well as some grassy-herbal hoppy notes. A good one, definitely not boring.

A yellow beer with a huge white head. The aroma is very fresh malty and hoppy with a hint of grass. The flavor is sweet malty with a light hoppy note - a very clean beer. The end is dry and bitter.
