Eine starke Angelegenheit: Solide 7% vol. sorgen für einen vollmundig-kräftigen Geschmack. Trotz seiner bernsteinfarbenen Stärke ein schlankes und süffiges Bier, das durch die milde Hopfung vollends abgerundet wird. Unser „Rotes“ hat zwar immer Saison, doch besonders im Mai, wenn wir mit unserem Maibock das Frühlingserwachen feiern und im Winter, wenn es draußen ungemütlich und kalt ist, kommt unser Bock so richtig zur Geltung. Wohlsein!

Orange color. malty aroma with biscuits and butterscotch. Malty sweet buttery flavor with cookie dough and butterscotch. Not much hop character, nevertheless OK.

Pours a light amber color. Aroma is malt, caramel and bread. Flavour is malt, medium sweet, little caramel, little toffee and medium sweet.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium to light dark amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, caramel, dusty, sugar, light molasses. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, caramel, burnt malt notes, finish is peppery notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20101214]

(bottle) Slightly hazy, golden to light-amber colour with a medium-sized off-white foamy head. Moderately sweet and slightly bready cara-malty aroma with herbal and nettle-like hops and traces of blossoms. Moderately bitter flavour, medium to full bodied. Solid malty and very subtle fruity taste with hoppy spice; bitter-sweet and quite lasting spicy hoppy finish. A pleasantly hoppy pale Bock. 26.XI.08

Bottle, kindly delivered by Quack-Duck! Deep golden, not *rot* coloured with a mid-sized lacy head. Deep sweet pale-malty nose with some toasted edges and aromatic underneath. Solid bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied. Lingering, moderate aromatic-hoppy finish. Good one...........

bottle, bought at the brewery. Clear golden colour, wirh a reddish touch. Full-bodied, sweet and malty with a decnt portion of hops.

An amber beer with a huge off-white head. Sweet caramel, and slightly metalic and alcohol aroma. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of caramel, fruit, and metal. The alcohol is more felt than tasted.

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear amber with a creamy head. Malty nose with some alcohol. Fairly full-bodied with some malt and plenty of alcohol showing. Light bitter finish. Not a very exciting Bock. 210106
