Vollmundig im Geschmack und kräftig im Antrunk lässt es eine dezente Hopfenbittere trotzdem nicht vermissen. Mit Braumalz aus Gersten unserer Erzeugergemeinschaft und einem weiteren Spezialmalz sowie feinen Hopfengaben wird dieses Bier eingebraut.
Dieser Biertyp war früher vor allem für das Exportgeschäft bestimmt. Es wurde stets stärker eingebraut um es länger haltbar zu machen.

Bottle 500ml. @ Fastelavnssmagning, Ulfborg.Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, bread notes, light hoppy, green grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100220]

Clear golden with a tiny white head. Sweet malty aroma with hints of hops. Sweet and malty flavour with hints of hops and caramel. Finished bitter.

Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has strong notes of straw as well as some notes of minerals and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and minerals, leading to a dry hoppy finish.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. But not very zippy. Modest malty, a bit spicy, finish like wheat. Not bad!

(bottle) Clear, paled golden colour with a foamy white medium-sized head. Light-sweet strawy, grainy aroma with herbal hops. Mild-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy mouthfeel. Sweet malt-character with a balanced hoppy bitterness; finishes medium-dry, moderately bitter. Quite rounded and pleasant to drink, but still nothing special.

Sweet, hoppy aroma. Nice head. Good strong hops flavor with just a hint of sweet. Only bad thing is a slight metallic aftertate which is strange since I got this in a bottle. A good overall beer.
