On tap at a restaurant in pretty Rothenberg, Bavaria, Germany. A hazy golden coloured pour with a healthy white head on top. Sweet, yeasty, malty, banana aroma. Tastes similar, sweet, yeasty, malty, banana. Pleasant.

Trübes goldgelbes Weizen mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig bananig. Geschmack hefig, bananig, minimal würzig.

500ml bottle. Hazy golden colour with huge, frothy, diminishing, white head. Muggy wheat malty aroma, yeasty overtones. Taste is minimally watery wheat malty, minimally dry hoppy, a touch of hay. Not good.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts intense yeasty-fruity, notes of apricot, not too dry. Reminds me a bit of a Paulaner. Not bad!

Hazy yellow colour, full foamy head, much fruity hinds like banana, peach, citrus, some grain, basement aromas.

Bottle @ Bayern. Pours cloudy golden with a creamy white head. Nose is fresh grains, mild banana and wheat. Flavor is sweet and bitter. Banana, grain, grass, wheat and yeast. Medium bodied. Well made.

Bottle from mein-biershop.de. Hazy golden color with huge stable white head. Strong banana aroma. Taste, yeast, wheat, banana, orange zest, caramel light bitterness in background. Dry, fruity finish. Good.

Bottle 500ml.Murky medium orange color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully to mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, yeast, banana - orange notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, yeast, overriped banana notes. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to creamy, carbonation is soft. [20101016]
