It is a regular pils, classical, decent bitterness, hop, malt, dry for the style but typical from Germany, refreshing, 11.03.17, buying at Freiburg am Breisgau, at the Karstadt and drinking there in family.

Bottle. Pours clear pale yellow. Aroma is grains, noble hops, mostly pale malts. Body is light and thin and only bitterness, low sweetness and carbonation, but at least dry. Not much to find.

Schönes frisches Pils, nicht zu plädderich. Angenehm süß, leicht Heu, etwas bitter. Nicht die Welt aber durchaus trinkbar.

330ml bottle ["imparted" by the man himself, giving me the chance to taste what bartlebier is forced to drink at his local Döner takeaway - thanks!]. Clear, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally grainy, pale malty aroma, cautious ordinary hoppy overtones, yeasty hints of shrivelled, cellar-stored, worm-eaten, small yellow apples. Taste is decently herbal hoppy, cautious malt spiciness, very subtle malt sweetness carries a note of overripe yellow apple. Clean, balanced and integrated.
