Vatted Dark Ale aged on oak for over 24 months. The base blend of specialty dark malts give off chocolate and roasted notes on the nose with secondary wild fermentation and ageing process adding contrasting vinous, fruity flavours with a touch of acidity bringing a lightness to the body. This all makes for an intriguing experience of both the deep dark depths of beer and the light fruity wild side all in one glass.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark brown, with very fine cappuccino foam. Aroma is intense of licorice, recalling Baltic porters, with also mature figs and molasses. Body is on the dense side, with limited carbonation. Taste is medium-high sweet, with a bit of oxidation acidity. Final is long and still aromatically intense of licorice.

Draft. A black beer with a thine brown head. The aroma has notes of wood, brett, roasted malt, and a bit of chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, brett, prunes, and wood, leading to a dry finish.
