Rated at Suomenojan jätevedenpuhdistamo. Dry, roasty and heavy with some licorice, stingy rye, wood, oak and hints of barrel and ash. A bit heavy and sweetish.

25cl bottle. thx VastActiv. Poured black in color. Some rye notes, very smooth. Light roasty, some honey. Great.

(Bottle, 0.25l, thanks VastActiv, at VastActiv, 20240802) The beer poured oily and black. Its head was small and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, wood, vanilla and sweet rye bread. Palate was full bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, liquorice, wood, vanilla, sweet rye bread and bitterness. Aftertaste had burnt malts, ash and bitterness. A delicious brew with complex flavours and great drinkability.

Bottle 0.25l at home, Espoo. Color is very dark brown with very small head. Aromas and flavors: Chocolate, Cacao, dark chocolate, roasted malts... very nice.

Smell of rye bread, oak, vanilla. Black colour, small dark brown head. Aroma of rye bread, vanilla, roasted malt, oak, finishes with mämmi. Lively soft carbon. Bitter, medium sweet. Intense.

250mL bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is full of spicy rye whiskey barrels, medium roast, and some earthiness. Flavour has moderate roast, some fermented out honey, gentle spicy rye, and a touch of earthiness. Lots of roast, fermented out honey, and some spiciness. Beautiful stuff.
