We made a 50/50 blend of two-year-old Danish Wild Ale and Stevnsbær cherry juice from Frederiksdal Estate on Lolland, Denmark and infused it with socially responsible whole vanilla beans from Uganda. We blended this with two-year-old Danish Wild Ale macerated with Marselan grapes from Luberon in the Rhône Valley, and aged it all in bourbon barrels for another year. This luxurious beer/wine hybrid is a delicious tribute to the signature agricultural products of these diverse regions.

02.09.2023: Taster from 0,75l bottle in Sint-Truiden. Purple color, small white head. Smells berry notes, fragrent, jammy, very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes tart, cherries, berry notes, bit lactic, light currant notes. Finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of cherry notes, berries and jammy notes

11.05.2025: 0,75l bottle shared at home. Deep Red color, small white head. smells cherries, light whisky, tannins, spices, jammy notes. Very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes jammy notes, spices, cherries, grapes, red wine, hints of whisky. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of cherries, red wine and spices. Very nice one, great balance, very good to drink
