We macerated one-year-old Danish Wild Ale with Riesling grapes from the steep slate slopes of the Mosel wine region in Germany and aged it in stainless steel for an additional year. Then we dry hopped with a heavy hand of whole cone Nelson Sauvin from mountainous New Zealand to complement the Riesling's natural minerality and reinforce the beer's notable fruit flavors.

Shortlived white rim over hazy mossy-yellow beer. Lactic acid, wild yeasts including Brett, farmyard odours, grain. Sourish, fruity (peach, nectarine, plum, white grape...), lime & lemon, buttermilk, grain, summer meadow herbs. Wild yeasts with lactic acid. Light body, with acidthinning and -burn. Meritorious wild ale.

Taster from 0,75l bottle in Sint-Truiden. Yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells elder flowers, Riesling, flowery. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes vinous, grapes, riesling. Finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of Riesling, grapes and elder flowers. Very nice one, great balance
