Our Existence series celebrates the distinct character of individual grape varietals that are more traditionally found in wine blends. We macerated one and two-year-old Danish Wild Ale with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Bordeaux and aged it in a French Oak barrel for an additional year. This beer showcases the Cabernet's black fruit and spice notes, along with warm vanilla and soft tannins from the extended barrel aging.

Taster from 0,75l bottle in Sint-Truiden. Purple color, small white head. Smells berry notes, marzipan, spices, very nice one. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes vinous, red wine, berry notes, tannins. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of tannins, red wine. Very nice one
