Taster from 0,75l bottle in Sint-Truiden. Yellow cloudy color, small white head. Smells funky, earthy, leathery, peppery, dusty, old funk. Nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes funky, earthy, dusty, peppery, herbal, lots of sediment. Finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of dust, old Sedimente notes and peppery notes. Nice stuff way, too much sediment, would be better if it settled for a bit.
