Un stout aux des arômes chocolatés de chez Jean le Chocolatier (tu sais le chocolatier de Habay). Ce sont entre autres, son petit grué de cacao du Nicaragua sélectionné par Jean et ses orges biscuit & chocolat qui lui donnent toute sa puissance.

Brassigaume 2023. Very dark brown beer with a tan head. Aroma of mid sweet dark chocolate malt, caramel, red fruits. Taste of chocolate malt, cacao, caramel, dark fruits.

Shortlived cream head over coal black beer. Roasted malts, dry ashes, cigarette ash, resin, coffee. Dry ashy, burnt flavours. Less coffee than in the nose. Faint, almost hidden maltsweetness under all the roast. Bit earthy in the finish, and some arachide as well. At least medium bodied, very good carbonation. Run-of-the-mill stout. Txs to Stef!

@BXL Beerfest. Dark brown colour, brown foam. Nose of chocolate, cocoa, roasted malts, bitter, herbal with sweet chocolate notes. Not very well balanced.
