Pours hazy gold into a tulip. Bright white soapy head with medium retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Caramel and hay aromas. Sharp with lemon joy and earthy straw upfront turning to hot sourdough and coriander in the dry, earthy finish.

On tap at Milk and Hops. Pours hazy soft yellow. Fragrant, yuzu, estery, honey, little earthy. Medium body. Fine.

Draught at Beer Street: pours lightly misty yellow with a white head. Aroma is yeasty, spicy, stone fruit. Taste is earthy, spicy, vegetal. Fine.
