Galaxy Punch was brewed with lactose to increase body and add some sweetness to balance the acidity of the fruit. It was hopped with Australian Galaxy in the whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with even more Galaxy. Finally it was conditioned on Guava during fermentation. This beer pours with a ruby red color and boasts flavors of freshly juiced guava, deep passionfruit, and pink grapefruit with a light acidity and smooth mouthfeel.

On tap at Hamilton Tap & Grill. Cloudy yellow gold pour. Small creamy white head. Bready malt aroma hints at grapefruit and guava. Flavor is soft, creamy malt. Grapefruit, passion fruit, guava and pear. Mild carbonation. Tangy and inviting.

Can, courtesy of Chris M. Pours hazy dark yellow with an ominously rising head. Guava, grass, pineapple, sweet grassy mess, bright punchy guava almost saves it but can’t quite cover up the faults. Medium body. Objectionable.

From Chris: older than it should be. Aroma is citrus, guava and general tropical fruit. Taste is guava up from with some hoppy bitterness and tang behind it.

4 oz pour shared at Aslin's 3rd anniversary party. Hazy orange with off-white head. Aromas and tastes of citrus, floral. Medium body with a dry finish.
