You Own Me is a 10.2% triple IPA brewed and dry-hopped entirely with Citra.
As Matt Berninger scholars likely have already guessed, we conceived You Own Me as the big brother to our double IPA Lucky You. Like that pale-hued beer, You Own Me was brewed with pilsen malt, flaked oats, and malted oats — plus, in this case, a little British pale malt. This relatively simple grist allows almighty Citra to take centerstage. And cranked to this volume, the Pacific Northwest varietal emits deep, vibrant notes of melon, papaya, mango, and orange citrus.
You Own Me has been a long time coming. We originally planned to make this triple IPA for our 5th anniversary in April 2020, and then… well, you know.

At Snallygaster. Poured a slightly hazy dark yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was big juicy notes - passion fruit, big citra. Tasty orange, light tropical fruit tang. Mild resin, really solid stuff.

Pretty nice considering it's a TIPA. Lots of passion fruit and some green onion. Decent balance. Hazy orange pour with good head and lacing. Booze is well hidden here considering. Tap at Snally.
