Clean, crushable German-style pils, brewed using traditional European methods. Subtly sweet, crackery pilsner malt is balanced with peppery, herby hops; crisp & dry finish.

8/8/2025. Cask at GBBF 2025. Decent pour. Aroma is flowery, perfumed, veggie, citrus. Fairly sweet with a slightly odd bitterness. Moderate body, average to soft carbonation. Quite underwhelming.

Cask at GBBF 25. Aroma is floral with underlying grains. Flavourwise it has a sour citrus but this is diminished by veg soup streak. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Not doing much for me.

16 oz can from John, 8/15/22. Mostly clear gold color, thick, rocky white head. Grainy, grassy, and some spice. Decently bitter. Good feel. Good beer.

On tap at the brewery. Cloudy golden with medium white head. Malty, grainy, some grassy hoppy notes, bitterish finish. Easy drinkable. Nice one.

Mini-crowler from the brewery: pours clear gold with white head. Aroma is grainy and grassy. Taste is fairly bitter, quite grassy. Tastes kind of like a European macro pilsner. Not really in a bad way.
