Can, courtesy of mansquito. Pours black with a convex tan head. Chocolate, prune, pine, grapefruit, orange, biscuit, light bitterness. Medium body. Decent.

16 ounce can. Barely translucent dark brown color. Small creamy beige head. Spicy, roasted malt aroma. Notes of cocoa and cardamom. Bittersweet roasted malt flavor. Notes of caramel, licorice and pine. Sticky on palate. Spicy hop finish.

Can from my father: pours dark brown with big brownish head. Aroma is pine, roast, chocolate. Taste is lightly bitter, roasty. Mellow for a BIPA. Fine.
