This is our original 312 barrel aged in a BAM Malört cask that previously held Bourbon and Rum prior to getting Malort. CH Distillery brought Malort production back home to Chicago, and we were lucky enough to get our hands on a cask of it. like a good Malort shot, we won’t tell you what this tastes like. You just have to try it. Then show us your Malort face.

On tap at the taproom. Pours slightly hazy yellow. Herbal, grain, wheat, lemon, lemon cake. Medium body. Decent.
