The best thing about this business is the people. The people we work with, the people we drink with and the people who come thru our doors to share in the wares! So, join the pack and feel the crack cause the family band is making some hoppy lactose noise of the slinky un-kinky, gooey poundable variety. This one honks and chugs so break bread with a glass of the crew’s cup. Pilsner, crystal oats, white wheat group hug with a slow motion backwards high five of tropical hoppy resins. Notes of guava jelly, mango chiffon cake, with a floral coconut crust.

Creamy, piney, bit of grapefruit. Well done beer. First Twin 🐘 available at RBS.

16 ounce can. This is my sixth Twin Elephant rating, which is exactly the same number of times I have seen the Family Guy “The Bird Is The Word” episode. Murky, tannish gold pour. Dense, creamy beige head. Great lacing. Floral hop aroma has notes of honeysuckle, melon and mango. Flavor leans toward tropical fruit. Passion fruit, orange, pineapple and guava. Some hop bitterness in middle. Creamy mouthfeel from the lactose. Hint of booziness as well.

16 oz can from Twin Elephant, via delivery, 3/30/22. Canned 3/3/22. Twin Elephant enters my 50 rates list (7th NJ brewery to join the ranks, and 21st overall - so I guess my 50 rates club can drink legally now in the US). This is also rating #9898, which is an interesting looking # if nothing else. As for the beer itself, this one is fully fully hazy. Brighter in orange color with a white head. Juicy, with lots of orange, some mango, and a little coconut. Fairly sweet, but with the tartness of an under-ripe grapefruit, and citrus zesty bitterness. Interesting beer. Looks a lot like every other NEIPA, but the flavor profile is a little different. It kinda feels like if you squeezed a slightly under ripe orange and a slightly under ripe grapefruit all the way down and through the rind, which doesn't actually sound good, but it kinda works.
