Pouring a soft cloudy pink, this gose was brewed with close to 1lb of tart cherries per gallon. The cured sumac was sourced from a single farm in Gaziantep, Turkey and adds tasting notes of sour cherry, salt & vinegar and sunny acidity. Brewed with Persian blue salt, the end result is a tart, bright and refreshing gose – the perfect anytime beer.

Lots of salt and light cherry. Sumac is there, though it's not a super familiar flavour for me. Pours ruby red without much lasting head. Finishes with light tang but mostly a savory finish. Can at Green Zone in DC.
