Oak barrel aged for 12 months, this wild and decadent golden sour was blended with a young Sauvignon Blanc wine yielding a beer with delicate tartness and distinctive notes of earthy minerality and dried peaches. The ‘pulsar map’ on the label is in the likeness of that on the Voyager probe’s Golden Record, which has a pulsar map etched on the surface indicating the position of our sun and the direction of 14 of its pulsars.

Bottle from the brewery: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is winy, funky, interesting combo of red and white wine. Taste is lightly sour and not acidic. Pretty good.

Bottle, shared by mansquito. Pours gold. Bubblegum, peach, vanilla, apple, popsicle. Spritzy body. Good.
