Bottle. Pours a deep ruby red with a near white head that starts at the edges and dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has sour cherry with a hint of vanilla and oak supporting. Flavor has strong sour cherries with a bit of oak and some vanilla in the finish.

375 ml bottle, corked and caged, from the brewery, via delivery, 4/6/21. 2019 Version that was bottled Jul 18, 2020. From the Temps Perdu: Adventuresome set. Pours red, minimal head. The aroma and taste are sweet vanilla and acidic / sour cherry. Nice.
