Tap at the brewery in Philadelphia. A clear pale gold yellow coloured pour with a a halo of white head. Aroma is cereal, dusty grains, light apple, wax. Flavour is composed of crisp, light grains, mineral. Prickly seltzer. Palate is thin, chalky, spritzy carbonation. Not much to it,

Draught at the source: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is light citrus and bready. Taste is crisp, light lemon, nice clean maltiness. Solid and simple.
