Our Helles is inspired by the amazing lagers of Southern Germany. We use German Pilsner malt and utilize a single decoction mash to coax out as much malt flavor as possible. The beer is then aged for weeks in our custom horizontal lagering tanks and is intentionally unfiltered.

16 ounce can from Tavour. Straw gold color. Small white head. Biscuit malt aroma hints at lemon peel and honey. Flavor is tangy citrus and herbal, grassy hops. Light and refreshing with a finish of white peppercorns.

Taster at the taproom. Pours a clear, golden color, with a small, white head. The nose is caramel, cloves, light wheat, black pepper, and lavender. Sweet and malty, with a mellow, noble bitterness. Light, crisp, and syrupy. Quality, easy lager.

On tap at the taproom. Pours gold. Grain, sulfur, floral, stone fruit, little bitter vegetal notes in the finish. Medium body. Fine.

16oz can pours out crisp clean golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice sweet light grain and some grassy hops. Taste is more of the nice light grain some cereal and fresh cut grass hops.
